Steph is the Director of Crossland Research and has approaching 30 years’ experience in Recruitment. The key to her success is a varied background in all aspects of research – using research services, managing a research house and being the target of several approaches, (She has never had to apply for a job since graduating from university, her career has been progressed entirely through being headhunted!). In her early career she gained significant experience as a Search and Selection Consultant giving her a unique insight into a Consultant’s role and a deep understanding of what is needed and expected from a subcontracted researcher. Subsequently, Steph has gained over 20 years experience of managing a Research House.
